Cooking with Dana - Shrimp Penne Pasta

Hi babes! Today I'm going to share this simple recipe which can pretty much be turned into any thing to fit your food preferences! So for my ingredients, I used some penne pasta(you can use any pasta or veggie noodle if you're low carb!), shrimp (again, you can add different meats or no meat at all), yellow, orange, and red peppers, spinach, zucchini, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes to give it a nice kick, and salt and pepper to taste.

The first thing I did was cook my shrimp over medium heat with butter, garlic, and lemon juice. Once they were almost done, I took them out and put them to the side. In the same frying pan, I then added my veggies. You can add as many or as few as your heart desires. I added more garlic and seasoned them to my liking.

While all that simmered up, I started cooking my penne pasta in a separate pan. I like my pasta to be a little firm, but you can cook yours to suit your tastes. When it was done, I drained the pasta and then combined everything into that pan. I added a few more seasonings to taste and made sure everything was well mixed. Once I was happy with everything, I plated and dug in!
