FabFitFun Spring Box

Hey babes, long time no speak. I've been super busy taking care of family and taking some much needed personal time. I think I've finally gotten to a consistent point in my life where I can get back into blogging and creating quality content again.

Before I get into this review, I want to let you guys know about the raffle I'm currently doing. Thanks to my friends over at Inteletravel, I'm giving away 2 getaway packages and 2 golf or spa packages! Raffle tickets are $1 and you can enter as many times as you'd like ($5 = 5 entries and so on). I'll ship the package anywhere in the US and you can enter by sending the money to my cash app account $lacurlista! Good luck!

For those of you unfamiliar, FabFitFun is the shit. It's a seasonal subscription box that delivers 8-10 full sized products. Each box includes something dealing with beauty, fashion, fitness, and wellness. You can even choose to customize your boxes or keep them a secret (which is what I like to do).

A box costs $49.99 per season but the box is valued over $200. I've been a subscriber for about a year and it's my favorite box. I pay each season with my own money and yesterday I became a #FabFitFunAffiliate! As an affiliate, I'll earn a small commission if you join using this link . Make sure you also use code FLOWER10 at checkout for $10 off your first box! Now let's get into the box.

As always, it comes with a magazine filled with styling tips, a letter from the editor, and more. Venus Williams is on the spring cover looking amazing! So for the items you had a chance to customize, you could have gotten a robe, a backpack, or an aromatherapy diffuser. I got the Deux Lux Demi Backpack which retails for $75; already over the price of the box. This backpack is a good size and I like that it's black and tan because it will go with pretty much everything. It has adjustable straps and a closure which makes it perfect for travel or a cute day date bag. It also comes with it's own duster so your bag won't get dirty.

Next you could have gotten a pair of sunglasses (there were two different styles to choose from), a picnic set, to a sleeping facial. I got the Quay Australia sunglasses in the style MY GIRL, which retails for $55. These cat eye sunnies are GORGEOUS. The glasses are black with metal accents which makes it easier to pair these with anything. I think that cat eyes are flattering on any girl, especially with a sleek hairstyle and a red lip. I can't wait to get some ideas and pair these with a great outfit. The sunglasses came in a really nice holder as well.

Last in this category, you could have gotten measuring spoons, a body lotion, or a mystery item. I got the Lavido Aromatic Body Lotion in Mandarin, Orange, and Bergamot. This lotion has such a pretty and light scent. I didn't think I would like it when I first read about it because I thought the citrus would be too overwhelming, but it has an almost powdery smell to it, which I really like. The floral packaging is gorgeous and it retails for $19, which isn't bad because I definitely want to order more of this to keep in my purse!

The next two items only select members got to customize. The items were randomly selected for other members(like myself lol). The choices were a necklace, setting powder, a water bottle, a face cleaner, a detox brush, and a fitness jumprope. I got THE2BANDITS Athens necklace which retails for $30 and the Tula Purifying Face Cleanser that retails for $28.

The necklaced is a super pretty iridescent necklace. It's dainty and elegant and would go really well with a basic top and jeans. My only con on this necklace is that it has slier detailing and I'm more of a gold wearer. I haven't decided if I'm going to keep this or give it away.

The face cleanser came in a full sized 6.7FL.OZ and it features probiotics in it. I'm familiar with probiotics in my yogurt and drinks, but I haven't heard of a product with probiotics in it. I'm excited to give this a try.

The last three items in the box was received by everyone. First is the Ouai Leave in Conditioner which retails for $26. This conditioner claims to soften and detangle hair and also double as a heat protectant. I have natural curly hair and I'm always a little hesitant to try a brand that isn't specifically targeted to black hair. I'll definitely try this out and leave a review, but I probably won't use this as a heat protectant because I don't trust it yet lol.

Next is the Dr. Brandt Skincare Eye De-Puffing Gel that retails for $42. It came in a box which was bent, but the actual product didn't seem to be tampered with. This gel is a salmon color and it's supposed to reduce ender eye bags. I'l probably use this a few times but I don't really have any under eye issues. I will save this though, because the price is a little steep and who knows, maybe it'll come in handy.

The last product in the box was the Manna Kadar Champagne Body Scrub which retails for $24. This scrub smells SO GOOD. It's formulated with charcoal and dead sea minerals to give you hydrated and refreshed skin.

So in total, my box retailed for $291.95. It is absolutely worth the money in my opinion.

Don't forget to use the link above for your first box and thee $10 off code. Also, follow me on instagram at @xxcandy_coated for updates and reviews on how I paired certain things. I'll be back here each and every Saturday with a new post!

xoxo, Dana
